Baldivis 02/08/24 - Major Structural Defect - Strut to plate & Strut to Underpurlin fixings. Replace removed Underpurlins and Struts

This house had some seriously bad modifications. Someone needed more space in the roof and had removed the structural elements. These were replaced along with BCA compliant fixings to get this property settled and to the new owners.
