Cannington 30/07/24 - Major Structural Defect - Splitting Beam, Separating rafters

TMT was required to promptly attend to defects in the roof of this property in Cannington. The Strutting beam and several struts were unsecured, being found in the Pre purchase inspection report. All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the client for settlement.
