Clarkson 25/08/24 - Major Structural Defect - Incorrectly installed collar ties

TMT was contacted by a seller to repair collar ties that had been installed incorrectly. These were replaced with collar ties to satisfy Australian Standards.

All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the client for settlement.
