Duncraig 26/07/24 - Major Structural Defects - Lateral restraints, unsecure flush cut struts.

Harcourts Estate contacted us in regards to a Pre-purchase inspection report affecting settlement. There were missing lateral restraints and unsecured struts that required remedial work. All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the client for settlement.
