Landsdale 28/06/24 - Real Estate. Roof water leaks

Inspections were carried out to find suspected water leaks on the roof. We found the evaporation tray flashing to be non functioning. This was due to the flashing being folded down during plumbing work. The leak had water damaged ceiling and walls at the property.

The lead flashing on the roof above had also pulled out of its installed position at a different location. All work was carried out and tested to make sure the leak was stopped successfully
