Leeming 20/05/24 - Major Structural Defect - Pulling Rafters

Some rafters were found to be pulling away from the ridge beam o this property in Leeming.

We installed new rafter attachments via nail and screw. This was completed with a fast turn around for an investor from the east coast, in order to get the settlement completed
