Maddington 20/08/24 - Major Structural Defects - Collar ties, Separating rafters, various BCA non-compliant items

After purchasing her forever home, Bec contacted us to rectify Major Structural Defects in the roof of her property in Maddington. There were rafters found to need remedial work in the Pre purchase inspection report. 11 BCA non-compliant items were also noted in the report.

All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the satisfied client post completion.
